Paul Easton
President
Originally from the United Kingdom where he worked for Capital Music, Ltd., Paul has spent his entire life in the entertainment industry. Originally founding ABA Entertainment Consultants in 1983, Paul now oversees the operations of Talent as well as the Squire Management Group, Inc., an artist management company that operates in both Florida and Nashville. He has worked with dozens of nationally known artists including Toby Keith, Roberta Flack, Huey Lewis and the News, the Four Tops, Chubby Checker, Lonestar, Sawyer Brown and many others. Paul has been involved with numerous area charities and organizations over the years including the United Arts Council of Collier County, the American Heart Association and the Taste of Collier, one of the largest annual events in the region that raises money for several local charitable organizations.

Sarah Krehling
A Florida resident since 1974, Sarah’s background in arts related studies prepared her well for her current role in Talent! Sarah brings a strong administrative skill set to her role as a client advisor and entertainment consultant, helping people select the right entertainment for weddings and social events. Her artistic endeavors don’t stop when she leaves the office as she enjoys a variety of creative pursuits including graphic design, cooking and entertaining, photography and more.

Michele Newman
Originally from New York, Michele has made Florida her home since 1974 and during that time, she has enjoyed a lengthy career in the entertainment industry. For more than a decade, she worked with one of the more prominent east coast entertainment agencies, producing events of all sizes for corporate and private clients. More recently, she was associated with a Florida based company, whose forte was producing package shows featuring national entertainment for performing arts centers, hotels, resorts and casinos. Michele has an extensive legal background having worked with one of the larger Florida law firms prior to her following her passion that led her to pursue a career in the entertainment industry.

Kathi Player
Kathi has been with the company for almost a decade, during which time she has steered the administrative element of the company through considerable growth. Her responsibilities include contracting, accounting and office management. Outside of her pivotal role at Talent! Kathi is an equestrian at heart and on any given day when she isn’t showing horses around the country you can find her riding or taking care of the horses at her stables in the Estates.
